Some frequently asking questions about Finmarket company, Forex, dealing terms, platform etc. Read it before start to trade and it will be much more easy for you to realize rules. Trading terms. 1 What the currency pairs I can operate with and what’s the difference between the bid price and ask price ?

1. What is the leverage your company offer?
We provide a flexible leverage – from 1:1 till 1:200. Standard leverage - 1:100. 2. Which way I can trade with another credit leverage? If you open a demo account – the leverage setting is doing with a registration procedure at the FinMarket Trade Station terminal. The standard leverage - 1:100. Although, you may choose any leverage you want (1:1, 1:10, 1:20, 1:25, 1:33, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200). The leverage changing in a process of trading with a demo account is impossible/ If you want to change a leverage you have to open a new account.
For clients , who do a real trade, accessible a possibility to change a credit leverage. Moreover, we provide a wider range of leverage (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:25, 1:33, 1:50, 1:66, 1:100, 1:200). To change it, you have to send an application in a desirable form, with a note your account parameters. The necessary condition to change a leverage is all close positions at your account. 3. Is any limits of minimal/maximum trading deals, which I must do during a month? We don’t provide any requirements or limits. It might be either 1 transaction or 3 transactions a month, as well as some transactions daily.
Technical questions. 1. I’ve been working on demo account, but today I saw the message “Invalid Login” in a lower field of Trade Station . What I have to do? It’s possible that your demo account has expired (the validity period is 30 days). If you want to continue to work with a demo account - you have to open a new account. 2. The message (No connection) has appeared. That’s the reason?
One of the reason may be the closed port 1950. Ask for help our administrator to open given port. Also, check your terminal settings: you have to full up the correct address of our server / “service” – “settings” Our address: mt.finmarket.com.ua Port: 1950 3. What is the IP address of your server? To work in a client’s terminal FinMarket Trade Station correctly - it’s necessary to point the right address of our server: Our address is: mt.finmarket.com.ua Port: 1950 4. What traffic takes the Trade Station?
The average traffic spending is above 200 Kb an hour. 5. What speed of internet channel is needed for correct working?
For stable functioning you should have at least the dial-up connection with a speed not less then 3600 Kb with delay due packages transferring not more then 600 ms will be enough. 6. How could I connect to my account with another computer?
You may connect to your account with any computer where the Trade Station had been installed. Just go to Menu "Service" -> "Settings" enter your login and password. Adding account /withdrawal funds. 1. What is the procedure of account opening, what documents are needed for that? The procedure of real account opening described in detail in a part "To clients". In the same place you’ll find a list of documents you have to be notified. for the demo account opening you just should download and install the Trade Station and register after that. The validity period of demo account is 30 days with the moment of opening. 2. How to enlarge own account or to withdraw the money?
To enrich your account you may transfer the money from any bank’s with a data, noticed at "Agreement" or with cash money in our office. Funds withdrawing are based only on "Order to withdraw funds". You may get the money in cash way in our office or receive by way of bank’s transferring.
